Courses
- Business Principles and Sector specific Know-how (extent 6 days; 3 credits): Teaching consists of lectures and exercises. During the course, students do exercises in groups and consider the matters under discussion from the perspective of their own virtual enterprise.
Advanced Courses
- Short (2-3 days) courses, some of them sector-bound (e.g. quality requirements and the requirements of the authorities) and some of them more general (e.g. project management).
- Six courses are carried out during the project. About 15 students are accepted for each course.
- Group coaching (2 days) and a supportive network tool to expand career opportunities and provide concrete tools for job-seeking and for finding and describing one’s own strengths.
- The coaching is provided six times during the project. 12 students are accepted for each course.
